Reema is a Founder, Executive Performance and Mindset Coach at Lead from Within, a Leadership Development and Coaching Company that supports high-achieving, impact-driven entrepreneurs and leaders, to create their next level of success. Clients include Executives from global Tech giants like Microsoft and IBM, to Senior Leaders and Founders at B2B SME’s who are passionate about creating sustainable, impact-driven initiatives.

 

Over 20 years, Reema has coached and worked with hundreds of leaders. She previously led multi-million sales partnerships at Silicon Valley-based companies. And, held the UK VP/MD of Optimizely where she led the business for over 5 years through fast-paced growth and scale in the run-up to a successful multi-million VC exit.  She also founded an Executive Recruitment company that matched top leadership Talent with Tech Start-ups, SME’s and Global Digital Agencies.

 

To bring the best research-based tools to support clients, as a qualified coach, Reema continues to learn extensively with the world’s leading experts to serve her clients with business growth, leadership development, and neuroscience and research-backed mindset practices to help leaders bring about sustained transformation and success professionally and personally.

 

Reema holds a degree in Economics, is a mother to two boys and meditates for an hour a day.

 

Reema has also practiced ancient meditative and cognitive mindset work for 10 years, with the Yoga of Immortals. She now leads research-based mental wellbeing partnerships in the UK Health and Education sectors.
