Jennifer Briggs
Vice President of Programs
Jennifer is a Dallas-based Learning and Development leader with over 12 years of experience building leadership programs, competency frameworks, and learning systems for global organizations.
She currently serves as Manager of Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness at FormFactor Inc. and brings a rare combination of instructional design expertise, AI-integrated learning design, and brand strategy experience to her work.
As Vice President of Programs for All Things Black and Beautiful, Jennifer is committed to building scalable, expert-led educational experiences that meet emerging Black business owners where they are.
Outside of work, she is a mom of two, a Marvel fan, a Beyoncé concertgoer, and will never turn down a bowl of macaroni and cheese, especially if it comes in a pink bowl.

Odyssey Butler-Borner
Community & Outreach Lead
Odyssey is a communications and outreach professional passionate about community engagement, global business, and creating meaningful connections. She earned bachelor’s degrees in Communication and International Studies from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing an international triple-degree program through Loyola University New Orleans, SKEMA Business School in Paris, and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
Her experience includes strategic communications, project management, community outreach, professional development, and organizational leadership. Odyssey previously served as the International Second Vice President of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., representing and advocating for undergraduate members worldwide.

Through her work with All Things Black and Beautiful, she will use her communications expertise to amplify Black-owned businesses, share impactful stories, and strengthen connections within the community.
