Jennifer Briggs, Vice President of Programs
Jennifer is a Dallas-based Learning and Development leader with over 12 years of experience building leadership programs, competency frameworks, and learning systems for global organizations.
She currently serves as Manager of Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness at FormFactor Inc. and brings a rare combination of instructional design expertise, AI-integrated learning design, and brand strategy experience to her work.
As Vice President of Programs for All Things Black and Beautiful, Jennifer is committed to building scalable, expert-led educational experiences that meet emerging Black business owners where they are.
Outside of work, she is a mom of two, a Marvel fan, a Beyoncé concertgoer, and will never turn down a bowl of macaroni and cheese, especially if it comes in a pink bowl.
