Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Thank you for choosing All Things Black & Beautiful. We have outlined the return, exchange and cancellation policy that pertain to the online store and business services below.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • "the Customer" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement refers to The Innovation Tribe LLC, doing business as All Things Black and Beautiful, located at 539 W. Commerce St #4431, Dallas TX 75208.

  • "the Website" refers to the All Things Black & Beautiful website, accessible from www.blackandb.com

  • "Goods" or "Service" refer to the items offered for sale or service package listed on the website.

  • "Order" mean a request by You to purchase Goods or a Service from Us.

Business Services

 

Your Order of our Service package indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In accordance with the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of the Company. 

 

  • All fees relating to the provision of Service will be agreed in advance and pre booked either through the online process or through an invoice issued by the Company. Upon receipt of the invoice, the Customer will pay for the Service in accordance with the agreed schedule.

  • This service shall progress for the fixed duration pre-arranged with the Customer in accordance with the terms agreed with the Customer. 

  • The Customer may cancel an Order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. 

  • Upon commencement of the Service, payments made are considered final and non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances beyond the Customer's control. 

Coaching Sessions

  • The Company will conduct an initial call or meeting with the Customer to determine a reasonable cadance for their sessions, which will be outlined in the services outline shared and acknowledged by the Customer. 

  • Once the We have scheduled a coaching session with the Customer they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Customer may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. 

  • Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. 

  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may discuss with Us and We will review on a needs basis with a minimum processing fee of 5% applied to the cost of any remaining sessions. 

Online Store

 

We are pleased that you chose to make a purchase from the ATBB Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.​

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: contact@blackandb.com.

Once we receive your item, We will inspect it and notify You that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify You on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

 

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
