Tolu Akindunni MBA, MA, Bsc.
Tolu has had a diverse professional trajectory spanning more than two decades across four continents.
As Host of the Black Business Live Podcast and Founder/President of All Things Black and Beautiful, Tolu connects people, businesses, and missions to drive community impact. She is dedicated to creating opportunities and mobilizing action that fuels excellence within underrepresented communities.

Tolu’s career includes influential positions with global brands such as Saint- Gobain, an industrial manufacturer and Emirates Airlines. Her contributions within these organizations have been instrumental in propelling growth and cultivating customer-centric innovation.

Tolu has helped entrepreneurs and corporate leaders navigate complex transformations to achieve strong growth and performance.

The twists and turns in her own career have helped to uncover her passion and purpose in supporting businesses within the Black and African communities.
She has actively led and participated in several not-for-profit boards including the National Association of Women Business Owner's (NAWBO) Dallas Fort-Worth Chapter.
