Tolu Akindunni MBA, MA, Bsc.
Mum, wife Venture Accelerator and Not-for-profit Leader, Tolu Akindunni has had a diverse professional trajectory spanning almost two decades across four continents.
As a Social Entrepreneur and founder of All Things Black and Beautiful, Tolu is a connector of people, businesses and missions. She is passionate about creating opportunities for others and mobilizing them to fulfilling a legacy of giving back to the community and those in it.

Tolu’s career includes influential positions in corporate brands such as Saint- Gobain, a global leader in light and sustainable construction, and Emirates Airlines, a prominent player in the aviation industry. Her contributions within these organizations have been instrumental in propelling growth and cultivating a culture of agility and customer-centric innovation.

Tolu has helped entrepreneurs and corporate leaders re-invent their business models, navigating complex transformations to achieve strong growth and performance.

The twists and turns in her own career have helped to uncover her passion and purpose in showcasing and supporting businesses from underrepresented communities.
This has led to her active participation in several not-for-profit boards including her recent position as the 2023-24 President of the National Association of Women Business Owner's (NAWBO) Dallas Fort-Worth Chapter.
